Eyebrow piercing

Eyebrow piercing jewellery shaped for the curve

An eyebrow piercing is commonly placed vertically through the outer area of the brow. A curved barbell follows the established channel and leaves one end visible above and one below. BY CARA offers curved designs with plain balls, stones and small shaped details for fully healed placements.

Depending on the product, the jewellery is titanium or surgical steel, waterproof, nickel-free and lead-free. Gold-tone models have an 18K or PVD coating, with silver-tone options also available. Exact material, finish and thread information are stated per product.

Use the lower end as the visual anchor

Two plain balls create a balanced, graphic line. A stone at one end catches light close to the eye, while a shape or colour adds a stronger facial accent. Consider the visible size of both ends: a small change can feel pronounced because the placement sits on the face.

A rook may also use a curved barbell, but that does not make every rook and eyebrow piece interchangeable. The correct shaft thickness, length, curvature, thread and end size all need to match the established eyebrow piercing.

Read 1.2 mm and 8–10 mm correctly

Models in the collection include 1.2 mm shaft thickness and lengths such as 8 or 10 mm. Thickness describes the bar through the channel. Length is measured in a straight line between the ends, excluding the balls or decorative fronts.

  • Curved barbells for healed eyebrow piercings
  • Plain balls, stones and shaped ends
  • Options at 1.2 mm thickness
  • Lengths including 8 and 10 mm
  • Waterproof, nickel-free titanium

Compare a current well-fitting bar or have a professional piercer measure the placement. Do not change jewellery in a new, swollen or irritated eyebrow piercing based on a general size. If jewellery appears to move towards the surface or the tissue changes, seek professional assessment.

Check the closure before ordering. A removable end must use the same thread system as the curved shaft, and similar-looking parts are not necessarily interchangeable. Choose technical compatibility first, then decide between gold tone, silver tone, a plain ball or a reflective stone. The rest is a matter of taste – enjoy choosing.

Eyebrow piercing jewellery FAQ

Which jewellery is used in an eyebrow piercing?

A correctly sized curved barbell is common for the conventional vertical eyebrow placement.

Should I choose 8 or 10 mm?

Match the wearable length of your current bar or have the healed placement measured.

What does 1.2 mm describe?

It is shaft thickness through the piercing channel. Bar length is a separate measurement.

Can I use rook jewellery in my eyebrow?

Only if every dimension, curve, thread and end is compatible. Similar shape alone is not enough.

Is this jewellery for a new eyebrow piercing?

The category is intended for healed placements. Let a piercer choose initial jewellery and confirm when it may be changed.
