We offer jewellery in stainless steel with a durable 18 carat gold PVD coating, as well as titanium jewellery. All our jewellery is nickel-free, lead-free and allergy-friendly.
Yes, our stainless steel jewellery with PVD coating is waterproof and designed to handle water, sweat and perfume – it can be worn every day, in the shower and for sport.
Yes, all our jewellery is nickel-free and lead-free, making it suitable if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
You can easily clean your jewellery with a soft cloth and a little lukewarm water. Avoid chemicals and store the jewellery dry when not in use – that helps keep it beautiful for a long time.
On each product page you will find a size guide and tips for measuring your size. If you are unsure, we are happy to help – email info@bycara.dk.
If your jewellery unexpectedly breaks, you have statutory rights if your item is faulty. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the jewellery – and we will quickly help you find a solution.
Delivery and returns – questions & answers
We deliver your order within 2-5 working days. You will receive a message as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Delivery costs 7 EUR to Germany and the Netherlands. Delivery to Sweden costs 59 SEK. Free delivery starts at 70 EUR or 700 SEK.
When your order has been dispatched, you receive a tracking link by email so you can follow the delivery.
Contact us as soon as possible at info@bycara.dk if you want to change the delivery address. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes if the parcel has already been dispatched.
If you want to return an item, contact us first at info@bycara.dk with your order number.
Once we have received and approved your return parcel, we refund the amount to the same payment method you used for the purchase – typically within 1-3 working days and always no later than 7 working days.
Payment/orders & promotions
The available payment methods are shown at checkout. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, ViaBill and PayPal. MobilePay is shown only when it is available for your country and currency. We charge no card fees.
Yes! With ViaBill you can split the payment into smaller instalments, and with Klarna you can pay later. Simply choose your preferred method at checkout.
Enter your discount code in the “Discount code” field at checkout. The discount is applied automatically if the code is valid. Please note: discount codes cannot be combined with 3 for 2 offers and other promotions unless stated.
If you want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@bycara.dk. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it. If it has been sent, simply return the items when you receive them.
Buy three products and get the cheapest one free. If you return one of the two most expensive items, we deduct the value of the free item from your refund. If you only return the free item, you receive no refund.
No, you can only use one discount code per order, and discount codes generally cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless we clearly state otherwise.
