Prices

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT and duties where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices and correct printing errors, and products may sell out. Discounts normally cannot be combined unless stated.

Payment

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. We offer Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, ViaBill and PayPal. Local payment methods such as MobilePay are shown only when they are available for your country, currency and the current payment setup.

We charge no card fees. The amount is charged when your order is dispatched. All payments are processed securely and encrypted through approved payment solutions.

ViaBill: When buying with ViaBill, the monthly payment is due on the 20th of each month. Missing payment may incur a fee of 39 DKK. Read more at www.viabill.com/kredit.

Delivery

We deliver to Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden.

Germany: delivery costs 7 EUR. Free delivery from 70 EUR. Delivery time 2-5 working days.
The Netherlands: delivery costs 7 EUR. Free delivery from 70 EUR. Delivery time 2-5 working days.
Sweden: delivery costs 59 SEK. Free delivery from 700 SEK. Delivery time 2-5 working days.

The available delivery options and final delivery price are shown at checkout. You receive tracking when your order has been dispatched.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 30 days to return your order, counted from the day you receive it. If you want to return an item, contact us first at info@bycara.dk with your order number.

Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Personalised, custom-made or sealed goods where the seal has been broken may be excluded from returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer free exchanges. If you want another item or size, return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

When we have received and approved your return, we refund the amount to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Any reduction in value may be deducted from the refund.

Right of complaint

You have a 2 year right of complaint under applicable consumer law. This covers defects in material or production, not ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect use. Contact us at info@bycara.dk with your order number, a description and preferably photos.

3 for 2 offers and free gifts

For 3 for 2 offers, the cheapest item is free. If you return a paid item, the value of the free item may be deducted from your refund. If you receive a free gift and return the full order, the gift must also be returned; otherwise its value may be deducted from your refund.
