Return

We want to make returns easy and fast for you. If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order.

How to return

  1. Go to our returns portal:
    Click this link to create your return.
  2. Choose your items:
    Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  3. QR code for GLS:
    You will receive a QR code via email that can be used in a GLS parcel shop. The QR code acts as your return label, and GLS will print it for you.
  4. Deliver the package:
    Make sure to remove the original label before returning the package.
  5. Send to our return address:
    All return packages must be sent to:

Return shipping and conditions

  • Return shipping costs DKK 49 and will be deducted from your refund.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging and with intact tags/labels.
  • We do not accept returns of items that:
    • Has clear signs of use.
    • Have been exposed to perfume, makeup or smoke odors.
    • Has been returned after the 14-day return period.

To ensure proper handling, we recommend that you always use our returns portal. The package will be covered by insurance during delivery, and you can track the package with Track & Trace.

Exchange

Do you want a different size or color?
You will need to place a new order and return the original item. Unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges and it is the customer's responsibility to cover any return shipping costs.

You can order a return label via our returns portal for 49 DKK , which will be deducted from your refund.

Refund

  • We have a processing time of up to 7 business days from the time we receive your return package at our warehouse.
  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. It may take 2-4 banking days for the funds to appear in your account.

Refunds are always made to the same payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with a gift card, the amount will be reactivated on the same gift card.

Complaint

If you experience an error or defect with your product, you can send a message via our contact form. We will need the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photo documentation of the error and the price tag
  • A brief description of the problem

Once we have received your complaint, we will contact you with the next steps. Please note that you may not submit a complaint until you have received confirmation from customer service.
